Terms and Conditions
All MOBI stretchers and other items sold by Mobi Medical Supply are covered by a One Year manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturing defects will be replaced, or repaired, at NO cost to the customer. Mobi Supply, LLC dba Mobi Medical Supply's liability is limited to the terms of our defective product replacement warranty only.
If there is any manufacturing parts defect (not damaged by improper use) found on the product, then call our toll free number, 800-577-4851, and we will work to resolve, repair, or replace the defective item, only if all other attempts to resolve the issue has failed.
Coolers
Mobimedical offers a 15 year warranty on our panels and the cooling units come with a 2 year parts and service on most of the cooling units that we offer. If you have any questions about the warranties for coolers, please call us at 800-577-4851.
Mobimedical Return Policy
Mobi Medical Supply offers a 30 day money back guarantee. To qualify, the item(s) must NOT have been USED, or OPENED, and have to be in "like-new" condition in the original packaging when returned to our facility. To return an item, you must first contact support at 1-800-577-4851 to receive a return authorization code.
All shipping costs for the returned item, or items, and a 3% credit card processing fee, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received, we will inspect the item, or items, to determine if they have incurred any damages.
After we assessed the condition of the item(s) returned to us, we will refund the original purchase amount paid for the item(s), less the shipping cost we incurred to deliver the item(s) to the buyer, less a $50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, for a restocking fee, and if applicable, less any damages incurred to the item(s) returned.
This includes items purchased with our free shipping promotion, as this is a real cost to us and this cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and a copy of the paid invoice for this cost will be provided to the buyer. The net refunded amount will be mailed to the buyer in the form of a check.
(EXAMPLE: If buyer paid $850 for an item, and our cost to ship the item to buyer was $100, and item was returned with no damages, the buyer would receive a refund check for $537.50 which is calculated as $850 minus $100 shipping and minus the $212.50 restocking fee.)
ALL TRANSACTIONS that are canceled, regardless of status, will incur a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount of total refund.
Mobi Supply, LLC dba Mobi Medical Supply does not offer the 30-day money back guarantee for items purchased at a reduced price, items ordered in bulk (4 individual items or more), used items or items built to a unique specification per buyer's instruction.
Mobi Medical Supply now accepts checks written from a valid business checking account. Items paid with a check will not ship until the check clears, which may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
Mobimedical reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the technical specifications, design accessories, and prices of the products. If you have received a promotional mail piece, with special pricing not posted on the website for the specific product on the mailer, then call 800-577-4851 to process your order by telephone.
