 We purchased the 4 Tier MOBI Multi-Directional Loading Mortuary Roller Rack and Battery Powered Mortuary Lift. The lift and shelving units were all shipped to us on time and have worked wonderfully for our staff. But the thing that places MobiMedical heads and shoulders above the rest is the level of customer service displayed by the company.

I am very impressed that anytime I call or email with questions or issues they are ready to work out a solution for us. I have no fear purchasing more products from them in the future. I hope to see them in business for many years to come.

Update 8/11: I had to update my first review and add another wonderful experience with MobiMedical. We discovered that our shelving unit needed to be raised to the maximum height and was starting to tilt slightly. I reached out to MobiMedical for a solution. Their staff was wonderful and immediately began thinking about solutions for us. I don't know what I expected but it was not for them to custom build us new leg extensions for our racks and clear, concise directions for us as well. The team at MobiMedical is amazing!
